Diego is fantastic!
They got what I needed done but not the way I expected and am used to getting it done. When I brought it to the managers attention, I was met with argumentative responses so I just dropped it for the sake of the teller who seems to be new and under some uncomfortable pressure maybe. It was a strange vibe.
Want to give a shoutout to Kyle at Mt Pleasant Fifth Third location! He helped me work through an online banking issue and followed up regularly with updates. I use this bank for a personal account and for my small business, and am grateful for a local branch that is always willing to help!!
