The people working in this location are rude the most horrible and unprofessional treat ever. The personal baker that was assisting clients didn’t know how to do his job and I have to wait 20 minutes for the back office to tell him what to do. And I knew this because I asked him why he was taking so long. He didn’t take the time to explain to me what was happening. Yay! It's an ATM and it gave me the money that I asked for. What else can you ask!
Literally didn’t get my card shipped in the mail and now have to order it again and wait another week. How can I run a business like this? I can’t.. do not get an account here. They literally didn’t care.
The customer service here is horrible. They do not know what they’re doing and they are rude. I do not recommend this business.
