THEY LOCK CARDS WITHOUT NOTIFYING! I was not able to buy beak fast OR lunch because of this incompetence! I made a purchase recently which the bank flagged as suspicious, I was alerted. HOWEVER, usually these alerts prompt you to either respond or ignore. Their alert didn’t prompt me to do ANYTHING. Since this was a purchase I made I decided to ignore the alert because THEY DID NOT SPECIFY WHAT THEY WANTED ME TO DO! Easy to access it's on outside of building
The staff is really unprofessional and doesn't answer any of the emails that I sent to them. DON'T USE THIS BANK if you want to have a safe, peaceful and usable place where to put your money. I have many troubles with this bank and on my account in just 5 months. BAD BAD SERVICE
