New teller is too slow. Line of three people and she keeps making the same mistake over and over again. Understand she is new but then schedule someone to be with her and help dwindle the line down
Terrible bank, go anywhere but here unless you’re somehow desperate for a crap checking account. This review is for 5/3 in general being sucky, not this branch location in particular. I’m sure these employees are stressed to the max working for such incompetent leadership so be patient with them. But overall, 5/3 sucks sooooooooo bad lmao I could go on and on. Go to Truist, First Horizon, Wells Fargo, or Bank of America.
I walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I had some questions about the mobile app and they had no clue of anything. I told them that I was thinking about closing the account because the service was really bad and because of all the technical issues and the woman rolled her eyes I left and had to figured how to solved the problem by myself I basically knew more than them I wonder if they were bankers or they were just there to make coffee
Very professional and friendly employees who are customer oriented. They always make me feel that they are truly interested in me, are there to serve my every need, and always follow up with me the next day.. The bank itself is beautiful and clean, and I am always greeted when I walk in. Wish all banks had employees who treat their customers this way!
