I walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge me. I had some questions about the mobile app and they had no clue of anything. I told them that I was thinking about closing the account because the service was really bad and because of all the technical issues and the woman rolled her eyes I left and had to figured how to solved the problem by myself I basically knew more than them I wonder if they were bankers or they were just there to make coffee
Very professional and friendly employees who are customer oriented. They always make me feel that they are truly interested in me, are there to serve my every need, and always follow up with me the next day.. The bank itself is beautiful and clean, and I am always greeted when I walk in. Wish all banks had employees who treat their customers this way!
It’s a nice branch but… it took over 20 minutes to withdrawal money from my account. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and never had issues. Wasted my time. They didn’t seem to know what they are doing
Needed to take some money from my saving account. They charged me $10 for a cashier check and then made it wrong. I drove all the way to another bank and they couldn't accept the check. I had to go back and asked rep to do a free wire transfer instead for the inconvenience they caused. Rep refused and wasn't nice at all, I had to wait for them to make me another check. I got so upset because of their bad customer service and closed my account completely, will put my money in another bank. There were 4 employees in the branch... read more
Brand new location so great inside obviously. I was helped super quickly and efficiently. Problem solved and employees were super nice and helpful!
