The worst bank in the world. Definitely closing down.
I tried banking here for 3 years even got a secured card did not help. Every time I came here I did not receive much assistance other than taking off late fees that their system already automatically generated from Time To time. None of the people in this area can help you I went in the other day to close an account but they still keep calling me every day multiple times a day. It was a few days late on the secured credit card and by the way your one day late and they call you three times a day they also email text but good ... read more

I’ve banked with 5/3 for 5+ years. I’ve had so many issues with account set-ups to the ridiculously long drive up banking wait times even when I’m the only vehicle. I have to do weekly deposits and I dread doing them because of their wait times. I would love to make the deposit during my lunch, but because of the wait times, I risk not having time for anything else. My deposit wait time today was excessive.
