Don't do business with them the manager there is mean for no reason. He kicked me out for asking to charge my phone temporarily. Rude people, don't treat people nicely. I hope this helps.
Walked in 20 degree temperatures to get change for $40…. Got turned away because I don’t bank with them??? Not sure if this is a fifth third thing or this location only but what I do know is that they were extremely useless
This bank is disgusting. There is One guy Brain Walter, he is very disrespectful to me. "I went to Fifth Third Bank on a Saturday to open an account, but Brain Walter informed me they don't open accounts and they gave me schedule and that very disappointed. This was frustrating as I wasn't told about this limitation beforehand, and it wasted my time. It would be helpful if they clarified their Saturday policies to avoid inconvenience." If you have appointment with Brain Walter, just cancel it.
