Stopped in to use the ATM. It worked! ATM with $4 fee on $205 withdrawal using a non-fifth third debit card. It was my first time using this ATM, but it seemed to be a flat fee which would be nice. There's the flexibility of providing the withdrawal in a variety of bill denominations which was exactly what I needed too.
Had a really disappointed experience today. My appointment was nowhere to find on her side ( I had a confirmed email.) and the banker was not sorry at all and refused to provide service in a resentful attitude while talking to me. It might not be the bank I want to work with from now on.
Very rude staff ! I had scheduled an appointment that they cancelled on me without informing me I made a second appointment and they kept me waiting for an hour ! They are not interest in new business
I frequently visit this bank and Gary is always super nice, friendly, smart, and always understanding what it is I need. This man needs a raise!
Come to other branch, they are much more helpful. This branch has really bad services and rude stuff. Rejected to help me opening a simple account. I worked as a consultant even on Saturday. They are not willing to make times to help. Other branch are much nicer and kind.
