Amiose was wonderful. She was efficient and took the time to answer all my questions. The customer service at this bank is what was so impressive.
Amiose, is the best. Always following up with me to get things done. I have been doing business with Fifth Third for quite some time now and she is the best that customer service can be.

The staff is friendly. That said, I cannot recommend 5/3rd bank as reliable institution. I opened an account earlier this year, and it's been nothing but a nightmare. On July 30, 2025, the ATM at this location made about $700.00 disappear. I tried meeting with everyone at the branch, but no one could do anything to replace the missing funds until an investigation took place (which can take up to 10 days).
