Bad service. They are so slow, rude , not nice
The manager Patricia Mesarina-Long was great. I'm a veteran of the United States Army and she helped me get benefits that I thought a bank couldn't produce. 5/3 bank financed my vehicle and as a veteran I got a very low interest rate. She also helped me open an account at this location and I got a surprise for doing that. I can say that I received A+ treatment as a customer and I would recommend 5/3 bank to all. Ms. Mesarina-Long and her staff deserve a high rating in the customer service department. Thank you!
In contrast to my initial expectations based on the bank’s reputation for exceptional customer service, my recent experiences have been marked by a significant lack of professionalism. I typically deposit three times a week into a business account at this branch. However, during each visit, I have observed employees engaged in idle conversations, seemingly disengaged from their duties. I was receiving flyers from Fith Third Bank offering Bonuses and very high interest. I treated them like all my other junk mail, into the trash they went. One of my neighbors received similar enticing offers. He checked the whole thing out and opened an account. After almost a month the bank was true to its word, he got the checking account bonus and started getting 5+ percent interest on the savings account! He suggested I take them up on the offer. I went to this bank to open up an estate account to settle the financial affairs for my deceased sister. Amiose Metayer was the personal banker assisting me. I could not have asked for a more attentive, thorough and professional person. She triple checked all the documents and was backed up with instant answers and instructions from the legal department. I never felt rushed. I was shown kindness and sympathy not only from Amiose, but the entire staff that I was exposed to in the process. A remarkable experience in every way.
