This is the most relaxed bank we have ever had the pleasure of visiting as the interior feels like a coffee shop. We had the pleasure of interacting with two outstanding employees when we opened a savings account and received five star professional treatment. They even allowed me to practice my very broken Spanish. This bank engages in false advertising. Attempted to use a $450 voucher I received in the mail for opening a new account and they used every excuse they could come up with not to honor it. I even went to the branch manager and she emails me with this very generic and scripted response. Their website and app are shaky at best. Customer service and doing the right thing - 2 out of 10.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is efficient and friendly. Inside it is well-organized and aesthetically pleasing with the decor, cleanliness, and interior design. They offer fresh brewed coffee while you wait or as you head out the door. The ATMs outside offer the ability to get cash in your choosing of 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s, 50s, and 100s. Keep up the great work at this branch, it is noticed and revered!
