I opened a business account three weeks ago, provided all my documents and credentials, told I was all good by Branch Manager, Marsha Paschal-Martin. On 3/6/25 I went in for a withdrawal and was told they were unable to release funds with no explanation why. The branch called corporate and they were unable to tell me why they were unable to release my funds.
