This branch is an absolute joke. I scheduled an appointment, showed up on time, and was told there were no bankers available. No call. No email. Nothing. Just stood there like an idiot while they shrugged. Tried calling ahead multiple times and of course, no one answered. Phone just rang like no one works there. This is hands down the worst experience I’ve had with any bank in my life. Completely useless staff, zero accountability, and a total waste of time. If you value your time or sanity, stay far away from this place.
The young men and the lady on the teller line are very friendly and fast I will definitely be back to this location. The branch looks clean and presentable
Newest face in here is racist and downright rude. The rest of the staff has always been patient. It's not always the quickest service, but that's not unexpected for any bank. I believe the majority of us would prefer a kind, slow service over a hostile employee.
