Christian Martinez at Fifth Third on Folly Road is basically a life saver! Ask for him!! My account was utterly hacked by a scammer who hacked into their customer service number and retrieved all of my information so then I was locked out of my account. I'm paying you thousands of dollars a month in mortgage interest. The least you can do is let me talk to a human being instead of robots when I call customer service. I did not choose this bank to service my loan, they bought it. If you have any choice steer clear! Find somewhere local that has real people.
