I don't usually write reviews but I think it's about time for me to recognize an outstanding staff at the 5th3rd bank at 1510 Woodruff Road here in Greenville SC. Big shout out to Chad Finch, 15 out of 10 service!!!! Not only does he remember your name, he is also very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I have been to other 5th3rd banks but somehow keep returning to Chad's location, don't believe I will patronize at other 5th3rd bank at all!
Chad @ Woodruff Rd was excellent. Fixed everything with my new account within 10 minutes. Great start.
The bank is really cute - feels more like a coffee shop. The staff were very nice and helpful. Great explanations as they helped my daughter open her checking account.
Very unhelpful and super trashy bank. All customer service is overseas. High amount of fraudulent activity with this bank and this specific branch is very unlikely to budge or offer any sort of intelligent response at all.
