As a manager of the Bank, you are supposed to be the most professional with the most knowledge and experience. Very disappointing to learn that Joani the manager at this branch was not just unexperienced, but also unprofessional and kind not that bright. I was victim of a check placed in a Niles; IL usps mailbox on Touhy Ave..then fraudulently changed payee name, + amount $ . I discovered easily, brought to 4800 n Western , sat with rep Michelle L.and she with mngmnt help did a very good job in " cleaning up the mess " and clarifying the entire process. My thanx and no more envelope/checks in outside boxes.!

I walked in and needed some assistance. The teller was very kind and helpful. Also, Jonie the bank manager helped me solve a couple of issues. I am greatful for the banking associates at this location.
