Writing on behalf of someone else. Possibly not branch problem but company problem. 1. Bank put a hold on account because updating profile info, specifically phone number. Couldn't access funds to pay bills for days. What kind of policy is this?! 2. Problem setting up Zelle on account. What major bank isn't compatible with Zelle? Commercials/advertising promise better service but my experience has been anything but.
