Best service ever
I have dealt with several banks in my lifetime, but this branch is the best by far and second to none. The staff is very professional, providing exceptional customer service. Highly recommend this establishment.
Had a poor experience with a young smug gentleman who lied to me and appeared to be a nepotism baby if I had to guess. After not receiving a debit card that was supposedly mailed to me I went to the branch to attempt to get a replacement since mine expired today. First, I find it very unusual that they can't and won't give you a temporary card, I have no way to access my funds unless I go to the bank and do a traditional withdrawal which is very inconvenient and has made it almost impossible to pay my bills. This location is horrible and slow with poor customer service. Only one teller is ridiculous, need more staff.
