I frequently have to wait 15 minutes or more at the drive thru teller. This is true even if there is only one ahead of me. It’s not uncommon to wait several minutes even after I send my transaction through the tube. Not uncommon for them to be understaffed. I’ve been with this bank forever, now is time to leave!
Elizabeth took care of opening my account expertly.I was impressed. She was very personable also. All Of the employees seem to be smiling and Friendly.
