This branch makes every visit so personal. They make me feel welcome. They have been great at accomidating us. We moved from out of state and had to change banks. I am glad this was the branch near our house.
the answering system is bad, took 4 minutes to get to a person, asked the question I needed answered and said Thank you, person on phone said yep. How professional is that. I do not have an account there but after this experience I never will.
I am a succsesful business owner here in Fairview. By far, this is the best bank I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They are there for me on a level that I have never experienced with any bank. I basically have a personal banker with Fifth Third, and I will never go anywhere else!
