My wife tried to order a credit card from them to replace her current one. They sent a new one that got "lost in the mail". After a long conversation on the phone with Ryan, they agreed to expedite a new one. Turns out they didn't expedite it and it was sent with standard shipping and therefore did not have a tracking number and they have no way to verify whether or not it was even delivered. I try to open an account with the person name Rania she had very bad attitude she should not be working at the bank either kitchen she most go home
ATM takes your money. Runs out of cash often. Twice this happened. $300 doesn’t come out physically but it does electronically. Bank is completely useless. They make you call the atm company yourself to dispute. Takes 90 days for bank dispute to go through. $300 gone. All because an ATM does not spit out the cash when it’s supposed to. Bank should be relocated as it is a shady area. ATM vendor, saw him one time. Looks scary to do his job 10 pm at night in an empty parking lot like the way it looked.
