ATM takes your money. Runs out of cash often. Twice this happened. $300 doesn’t come out physically but it does electronically. Bank is completely useless. They make you call the atm company yourself to dispute. Takes 90 days for bank dispute to go through. $300 gone. All because an ATM does not spit out the cash when it’s supposed to. The worst bank I have ever been to. Lazy service, they not opened account for me because I had only photo of coupon. I will never go back there. Not recommend !! The worst staff.
Really couldn’t care less about their customers. Bankers unavailable, very little service.
