Very nice people working here. The manager, Dana, is always happy to help. Great customer service every time I visit.
Unfortunately here in my branch on Dempster, locker service closed forever. Oh my Goodness.
Avoid for businesses! While this bank may be fine for basic personal checking/saving transactional banking, they are unable to handle anything more complex than that. We used to do our business banking here when it was MB Financial, but since it was bought out by 5/3rd the entire commercial banking team has left or been pushed out. There are no staff available to facilitate even the most basic business financing needs - anything needs to be run by a "back office" that takes weeks to get a response, and usually what comes bac... read more
