Unfortunately here in my branch on Dempster, locker service closed forever. Oh my Goodness.
Avoid for businesses! While this bank may be fine for basic personal checking/saving transactional banking, they are unable to handle anything more complex than that. We used to do our business banking here when it was MB Financial, but since it was bought out by 5/3rd the entire commercial banking team has left or been pushed out. Worst bank ever. They see a young person and expect you to do everything and won’t help you. Don’t come here.
My issue is with Fifth Third in general they have no loyalty all they do is charge you fees and punish you instead of being friendly and helpful. I have had an account for more than 5years just recently overdraft under 50$ now I have to wait 3 days to cash my check from work as punishment I have been cashing my checks every other week for a year and a half with my current company so its punishment I COULD HAVE GONE TO A CURRENCY EXCHANGE AND DONE IT CHEAPER AND FASTER WHAT A SHAME EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW THAT HAS A FIFTH ... read more
