We have been trying to get a payoff so we can close. They tell us they don't mail it, then we get 6 in mail. We needed to get this updated because of the length of time it them to get one, and now it's taking even longer. We are being charged more fees in process. We just want to pay off the loan because we sold the home. But yet they can't seem to get the payoff done
did a stop payment on a check on Friday . Tuesday it went thru and now I'm out the check and $33 . Why have a stop payment if you don't stop it . I'll be finding another bank .
Wife and I both started accounts here last year during a promotion, and it has been a monumental mistake. It makes sense why they had to pay people to open accounts now. We have to fight with them regularly over messed up accounts, overdrafts, incorrect balances, etc. Even have to pay to cash my own checks. Definitely do NOT recommend this bank.
