This bank is seriously awful. They completely lied to me about how long before I would be able to access my money when I opened my account. Then they failed to mail me my card for over a month.. I don't even know where to start about their mobile app, it endlessly makes you change your password and just flat out refuses to let you log in. It's literally as if they want you to make deposits to their bank but then never access the money. This is the worst bank ever, my mom opened an account there because they were offering $300 if you have a qualifying direct deposit. My mother used her 2 week paycheck from work to open the account and they told her she would have access to her money within 2 business days and her card would be mailed within 5-7. 2 days after opening her account she went in to the bank to make a cash withdrawal and was informed they are holding her check to do an "early warning check" It has now been over 2 weeks and her 2nd check has been d... read more
This is by far the worst bank that I've ever dealt with! If I could give zero stars I would. Ever since I've opened my account it's as if they're trying to prevent me from accessing my money. Every time I've had to call customer service they're rude and nonchalant about issues needing addressed. They also hang up when they don't have a proper answer.
