Have never banked with fifth third and was honestly skeptical at first. However, Jasmine made the experience excellent and truly takes pride in her job.
I waited for approximately 7 minutes for the teller to assist me with my transactions. The teller was doing other things as I walked into the branch. So after being assisted,I was completely exhausted. She kept saying the system was logging her out..etc. I'm on my lunch break and needing to get finish with these transactions. I've now handed her my Driver's license and Bank Card. She's not feeling my anxiety. So she's telling me that Driver's license is expired! ATM has not functioned properly for >3 weeks. Can not make deposits to my accounts outside of business hours. Same issue at EVERY location around Charlotte. I have told every branch and each has "escalated" the issue, yet nothing has been done. Absolute incompetence. Incredible that a bank doesn't prioritize fixing this glaring issue so that customers can have access to the MOST BASIC BANKING FUNCTIONS. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Standard commercial bank. Much better options out there. Go to a credit union. Your time and money goes a lot further.
