Employees are friendly and helpful but bank has notoriously weak fraud monitoring. We opened a bank account, within few weeks there are fraudulent activity. Irony is after account is being reported, fraudulent transactions still happen but I can't access the fund. I have call or come in, file a dispute and WAIT till that's clear. I don't not recommend 5/3 bank

This branch is amazing. The manager, Bianca is even more awesome. She helped me through a situation and got me taken care of promptly. I don’t even live on this side of town, but I will drive the 30 to this location for all my Banking needs.
