If I could leave no stars I would. Joanne the bank manager needs a serious lesson in customer service. Better yet she needs a lesson on how to treat human beings in general. My daughter was racially profiled and brought to tears by the so called manager Joanne. This is not the first time she has behaved this way towards minorities. This review is for the branch manager of Ballantyne branch. If she is not interested to open up new checking account using their promotion offer, she should talk to her corporate and have all their promotions taken off rather than lecturing people about why they should/shouldn’t open an account with this bank. You spend thousands of dollars to build a new office in a HIGH income neighborhood, thousands more for advertising and when the customer comes to you to open up a simple account, you talk trash.

I went in to this branch to simply deposit a cashiers check, and got the third-degree from the yankee-accented female clerk behind the counter. "Where else do you do banking? What investment companies do you do business with? What will you be using this money for? Do you want to talk to one of our investment specialists?" On and on to the point of badgering, which was very annoying.
