Great customer service, the best app ever.
This is by far the worst bank in Florida. They claim to be a fifth third better, but I can tell you 10 different things that they do. That is a fifth third, worse than any other bank in Florida. You can't spend over $5000 in a day. As a business without getting their permission. So if you need to spend more than five thousand dollars over the weekend for your business, you are definitely going to lose those jobs because they're not available to allow you to do that I deposited 2 checks on Friday, October the 17th. There's a reason they have to pay people 300 dollars to open an account here. They dropped the ball every step of the way. They were always nice about it, but the customer support on their chat and over the phone is horrible and rude. Save yourself the time and energy and bank somewhere else, there are plenty of options.
I went in needing some documents for a mortgage. Paul greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Not only did I appreciate his help, his attitude made me feel like he really wanted to assist and I was not a bother to him. Thank you Paul and 53rd!
