There's a reason they have to pay people 300 dollars to open an account here. They dropped the ball every step of the way. They were always nice about it, but the customer support on their chat and over the phone is horrible and rude. Save yourself the time and energy and bank somewhere else, there are plenty of options.
I went in needing some documents for a mortgage. Paul greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Not only did I appreciate his help, his attitude made me feel like he really wanted to assist and I was not a bother to him. Thank you Paul and 53rd!

Saturday morning. Bank opens at 9. Waited til 0915 for the late employee to arrive. Then stood in the lobby while he got himself a coffee, etc. At 0920 got service. Waited 20 minutes for a “code” to arrive by email so I could open an account. Code never arrived. Left the bank at 10 AM. Got home at 10:05 and then received the bank code. This place sucks. Time to find a new branch.
