As expected.
I deposited in Depository box my check location at 200 university dr Raleigh, NC and it’s did not show up in my account so I called and banker did know that was depository and how to open even! Terrible bank service ever can’t resolve my fraud check problem after 8 months and I am still waiting!
We drove from Virginia to this bank and spoke with two gentleman, one Hispanic and one black gentleman, that couldn’t cash a check that was written off of their bank. He didn’t even run the check nor did he call and verify he just seen the amount and stated that it’s a no for him. Poor service and if you have people like that working for this institution they need to reevaluate their company and policies.
I had an excellent experience at this Fifth Third Bank branch. The staff was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. They handled my transaction quickly and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant banking experience!
I will give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely the worst bank branch and worst bank ever. Banker here is not only unprofessional but also not honest. They forgot (I believe that's on purpose now) to add promo code and refuse to admit their mistake. Also [[[the banker used my information to open a saving account WITHOUT even letting me know! ]]] Only until I opened the APP I found there was one more new account I never asked to open.
