Requested and got an appointment at 3pm for 4pm the same day. The two guys working were courteous and efficient. I'd been unsure if I should go to this branch because of some prior reviews, but my experience was very good.
Deceptive business practices. They mailed me a promo offer and *after* they withdrew the money from my account at a different institution via ACH, they told me I needed to take a copy of my statement to their local branch. Three hours later I don't have my money returned. I'm out the interest I would have earned and they tell me they don't want me as a customer (telling me they will provide no explanation) and that I might have to wait up to 30 days to have my money returned. STAY AWAY!!!
Vincent gets five stars, but the bank is totally corrupt and unprofessional. Withdrew my money from my CU account and then after a royal runaround tell me they don't want me as a customer but they won't give a reason why. I lose the interest on my money with no promise of when they will even return the money I was going to deposit with them.
