Absolutely the worst bank. McDonald’s has better customer service than this place. Will not accept money for auto payments without staying on the phone for hours with someone who doesn’t speak English nor understand it. Will not set up auto payments even after they say that they did. Can not give you access to make payments online or the app. I can go on and on with complaints, the only reason they got one star is because it wouldn’t go lower
Went to the drive through ATM it was flashing and would not take my debit card, why don't they fix it, they should be a lot more professional, went in and the guy was very nice and professional and gave me my money, fix the machine
Every month, I use the Drive-Thru. As you may know, you are only looking at a screen when an Associate decides to show their face on screen. The last two times I have come to make our payment, no one shows their face when you arrive or as you exit. No hello, no good-bye or much less a thank you. Are we dealing with Robots? This is ridiculous Customer Service, actually the worst I have ever had at any Financial Institution.
