People who work there are great
Very bad customer service. False advertising and then refuse to honor advertise interest rate. Definitely worst bank to deal with. Biggest problem with Schaumburg branch is lack of transparency.
Very disrespect Customer service. Hot weather make me 6 star upgrade stress . Only this location. Other location very nice staff .
Visited this bank's ATM on Wednesday, May 31. There was a $60 limit on cash withdrawal and only $5 and $1 bills were available. Returned on Sat. With only $20 available for withdrawal Ii $1 bills. I called this morning (June 5) and was informed that the ATM was going to be serviced this Wednesday. This is unacceptable. This is 5/3 worse service
