Rebecca is exceptionally professional. Carlos, and his team are always very helpful. Karen has always been exceptionally professional as well. If you do not go to fifth third, you are missing out an exceptional professional service and you that is your own fault

Very bad customer service by Shradda Shah super unprofessional I was there for a very serious matter regarding my account and she made me feel embarrassed and like it wasn’t important she was on her personal cell phone in the middle of helping me and spilled drinks on herself but worst of all she laughed at my situation with out hiding it . Of course I got upset and she threatened to not help me! I can’t believe they would allow someone like that to work there
I like using the bank online but I had an average experience at the location. I needed to get an account for my daughter and went in one evening and told the front desk about what I was in for. They asked me to sit in the waiting area. I waited and waited and was not called. People sitting in front of me got tired of waiting and left. No one stopped them.
