I came in to apply for a credit card. The banker begun asking so many questions that had nothing to do with the application. Since then, the telemarketers didn't stop calling me... I believe they sold my information. It's ridiculous and infuriating.
Ordered new checks. The staff is very customer service focused. Everything went well.
