I went to the bank with my wife and she came back to the car upset. I asked what happened and she told the teller was getting upset with her because she was making multiple day deposits for the money that was brought in from the Lorain County Fair last week. She still had one day of money to deposit but she did not want to go back into the banks. For the last six months this branch has been so slow. Why, you ask??? Because there is only 1 amazing teller working!!!! Today I stood in line for 20+mins while there were 4 other people in the branch chatting with each other or scrolling on their computers. Why not help attend to the line?!?! This is not okay. Just wanted to warn others that if you stop here you will be in for a long wait.
Every single time I come here there atm machine is down. I don’t understand how it can be broken that often
