Don't have an issue with 53 bank itself, its this local branch. Countless mistakes have been made. Issue has been brought up with personal banker and more mistakes were made. No accountability was given on the mistakes. We were instead gaslit to believe it was our fault. If you complain to the personal banker and they too make the same mistakes, you lose hope that your banking will be done correctly.
