I had a good experience. The tellers were nice. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. The note on the door said they will be closing the branch January 14th for good. It's unfortunate to be losing another brick and mortar store with all the developments and people that use it..

I too rec'd notification the bank branch is closing. Ummmm hey fifth third management, do you realize Columbia is probably going to add about 2500 homes in the next few years and this community is going to explode? I would keep this branch open if I were you. Good people work here.

My wife and her friend both had their purse stolen. Both banks were notified that their bank cards and ID's were stolen. Our friends bank was smart enough to get suspicious and get her ID back. This bank gave out $7600 through a teller window despite teller warnings. Spoke with Shirley who said bank was diligent and followed proper protocols. If they did, their protocols don't keep your money safe. Find another bank.
