Imagine asking people to trust you with their money while not trusting them enough to use a restroom. We came in intending to open an account, but after being told there wasn't a restroom available, we decided to take our business elsewhere. Customer service is about more than smiling—it means offering basic accommodations. There are plenty of banks that do better.
Very bad bank, avoid. The friendly local staff cannot overcome management imposed hurdles, like rug-pulling interest rates without any notice and a website that doesn't work right. Not trustworthy whatsoever. There are at LEAST 10 other banks in town, don't suffer with a bank that doesn't even understand how fractions work.
I just came into in to cash some checks and get some money. The tellers were nice, fast and efficient. I was in and out in about 6 minutes...
My wife's bank is a GEM IN THE ROUGH..I PLAN ON OPENING A ACCOUNT AT THIS location IN FUTURE..KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK....MIKE
