Very racist and unprofessional highly don’t recommend!
Their service is not great anymore. I’ve an account with them since I was a minor. Their communication skills are horrible. Their service used to be awesome.
5/3 is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They serviced an auto loan, there was a payment issue (wrong amount posted) I got an email saying I didn't pay my loan - my mistake. I call their 800 number to make it right - I get transferred to India and hung up on 5 times - of which 4 of the agents I couldn't understand a single word they were saying.
