Horrible loan experience. Would not recommend fifth third to anyone. Poor communication and they failed to explain changed loan qualifying requirements for individuals with student loans. Customers with excellent credit beware. They wasted my time and changed how they calculated your debt ratio when having a student loan from 3 years ago when they approved my existing loan.
