This is the worst bank to deal with! Especially when it comes to auto loans. They don't have 24 hour support. If you get locked out of your online account then you are you just out of luck until you can finally reach someone in India or Asia to answer you. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. Bank with someone else, they don't care about you!
They are extremely nice and make periodic calls to check in with customers. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed something done they have acted promptly to get me answers and complete request.
