I have to shout out Josh Haddock for being such a great personal banker, and making sure that opening a new checking & savings account at Fifth Third Bank was a smooth process. He was polite, curious about my goals, thorough with letting me know next steps, and a great introduction to Fifth Third and the quality of service I can expect to receive.
