Came in to close my account. Abagail was very helpful and quick to get my account in a position for it to close!
They lack customer service and try the least effort to help out. I’ve banked here for a while but after all the hassle I think I’m done I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK
Everytime I come in here they either can't find my account or can't find the information I'm looking for. I'll ask them a question, they'll say "We're not sure" and print me out paperwork. Then I immediately find the information I'm looking for. I've tried to make principle payments on my mortgage and I end up getting checks sent to me in the mail because they keep messing up the payment. I avoided 5/3 for a reason, but they bought my mortgage and now I'm stuck with them.
