The manager is horrible
Amazing services
Opened an account here because of a promotion they were having. Deposited a local check at the ATM. Noticed that the check hadn't cleared after a few days. Called and spoke to the manager Elvita (sp). She tried explaining that Check Services flagged my check because the issuer had bounced checks. I asked her to please speak slower as she was talking over me and I couldn't understand her with her accent. She blew up and said she had no accent and hung up on me.
