I needed guidance on a number of occasions and have always received professional and thoughtful customer service both in person and over the phone. Karla has been exceptionally helpful on our recent interaction, very professional, patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.
I have always loved this bank & especially the one at this specific location. The employees and manager are always readily available and happy to help me with anything I need.
We needed assistance with some important documents and while we did not have an account at the bank, Amber was very gracious to take time out for us without charge. I had also called ahead and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service at this location!
