We needed assistance with some important documents and while we did not have an account at the bank, Amber was very gracious to take time out for us without charge. I had also called ahead and the lady I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service at this location!
If you want anything done in a timely manner this IS NOT the location to visit.

I am not a member but took a friend of mine there. Employee's were very rude to her and didn't want to take the time to help. She will be moving her money to another bank very shortly. I actually found this to be, what's would consider, elder abuse
