We have been loyal 5th/3rd bank customers for 40 yrs. We have a considerable amount of money there, excellent credit, own our home, vehicles, have large pensions, 401ks, IRAs, have no debt. We are retired, in our 60's. We hadn't bought a home, for 30 yrs. On JUNE 25th, we went in to get a mortgage. We were approved on the spot. Terrible customer service. Go to another bank in the area if you can. Fifth Third is a great bank overall However, Mt. Vernon, IN location is terrible.
