CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT GOOD
I withdrew cash from my 5th Third money market account and received a counterfeit $100 bill among those bills. When depositing the money into Chase Bank, just across the street, less than10 minutes later, it was kicked back by their counting machine and security light scanning. The Chase teller said she had to confiscate the bill and send it in to the Federal government for investigation (Federal banking policy). At this branch I had the best bank experience I have ever had in my entire life!!! The tellers are super nice and very helpful. Helped me with things I could not resolve in another bank. The branch looks more like a coffee shop than a bank. Viola nad her boss (sorry I forgot the name) are the example of an excellent bank teller.
I love this branch! Very professional and friendly staff. I always feel welcome when I visit this bank.
Oh my. I know here’s reviews are high, and I was thinking maybe coz this branch is new or promotion stuffs or the employee left the high review. Actually I met Maria in-person today to open my new bank account. She is so nice. Another lady working there is also nice. They care about all the details.
