I’ve had my qualms with Fifth Third. However, Maryo and Eric are extremely helpful and really care for you. They will go out of their way to assist you the best they can. They were both able to help me with a very last minute wire transfer to close on my new home, and I wouldn’t have been able to get it done without them, especially Maryo!
It's an unprofessional bank, the service is terrible, the staff is very incompetent, they lie to you. The bank is located in Lincolnwood, and the person who helped me, Margarita Gray, wouldn't let me speak and couldn't give me any information. She was rude. In short, this bank is useless.
I was at the Evanston branch on Monday, December 1, dealing with a pair of INCOMPETENT personal bankers, Dan Galvan and Jocelyn Chavez, and Jocelyn called the Branch Manager at Lincolnwood, Virginia Jones, to allegedly help me with a problem regarding mistaken interest charges on a credit card because of a balance transfer.
