I applied for an loan with Hasan and he has been amazing with the whole process. I’ve never had someone be so accommodating and helpful. There were some other matters I needed to handle, and we were able to knock them out no problem. Hasan told me he’s big on family, and the service he’s provided has more than proved that. Finances can be a major point of anxiety for me, but I trust I’m in good hands banking here.
I had a horrible experience here in college. The ATM ate my debit card, so I had to go inside in order for them to return my card. As I sat with an employee (she seemed kind), we chatted about me getting a loan in the future to buy a home. I told her it would be a few years. Eventually, I received my debit card and went home. This isn't set up like a traditional bank; it's more of an open space with desks where you can sit down in collaboration with your banker. It seems more friendly and personal, and I love this idea! My banker is now a gentleman named Lucky, who caught a mistake with how my accounts were set up, and fixed it for me.
