Customer service horrible and rude. They charge a fee to cash a check even if it’s a fifth third check. Ridiculous this place is a joke. Rude and unprofessional
Customer service has gone way downhill. They no longer offer notary services even though it’s advertised. Everytime I go in there are maybe 1-2 people who act like they are inconvenienced. One employee parks in the atm/ deposit lane so it keeps a lane blocked. I would not recommend this bank in Greenhills or Bellemeade
Fake promotion, I opened my bank account because they gave a welcome bonus of $350, the same executive was the one who supposedly made sure to open my account correctly, but, time passed and I never received that welcome bonus, I went to ask directly and to the same bank but the executive who opened the account for me did not accept his mistake and told me that he would verify if the request could be made and that he would call me later, implying that I had made the mistake when it was him, to date (almost two months) I am s... read more
I applied for an loan with Hasan and he has been amazing with the whole process. I’ve never had someone be so accommodating and helpful. There were some other matters I needed to handle, and we were able to knock them out no problem. Hasan told me he’s big on family, and the service he’s provided has more than proved that. Finances can be a major point of anxiety for me, but I trust I’m in good hands banking here.
