Zero star. Do not use this branch, very unprofessional employees. Very slow in everything they do. Personal banker is always away, and no one available when we needed. Even thought there are no customers, you still have to wait for anything.
Lack of communication and wasted my time
What can I say, terrible service. Went for a wire transfer at 5:15pm. The bank is still open, I was there a day before the same time like today to do deposit and I asked to do wire transfer. First, they told me kinda ok then later the banker is telling me he's not sure if can do the wire transfer because he's training and they told me to come back today. And Today 3 people in the bank in one place talking (Jesus, Deamonte, and Ramza ) when I asked to do the wire transfer they looked each other quiet and after 5 seconds answe... read more
Zero Stars. This Bank is terrible. I opened an account 11/4/24 so I could open account closer to home. I wrote a check from my original bank for a large sum of money. They transferred that money to their bank the next day. They told me my funds would be available in a few days. My account has been on hold for almost 2 weeks now. Today I tried to close the account and get my money back. They said I have to come back on Monday, my account is still being reviewed. This is beyond ridiculous.
Lanjie is rude, pushy, and does not listen to customers at all
