I went to the Fifth Third Bank branch in South Barrington today to renew my CD and had the pleasure of working with Jack L., a Personal Banker. Jack was extremely friendly, professional, and informative. He took the time to explain everything clearly and in detail, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process very easy. I went thru the drive thru to exchange some cash for bigger bills. Your teller Brian was nice & helpful. After I had driven away, I received a very kind voicemail from him wishing me a happy birthday. The call was unexpected and I greatly appreciated it.

Never have an issue here. Pull in and out within 5 minutes. The tellers are always nice
