0 star if I could. Horrible attitude and zero customer service by Sherre Day at this branch. Rude, extremely unhelpful, and walked away and locked herself in her office refusing to provide assistance. Plenty of banks in town that care about keeping customers- this is not one of them.
We invested with Boomer Holland retirement funds and were badly deceived, looked us in the eyes and led us to believe a lie. We would not trust Boomer again with any money matters of any kind. We also dealt with routine failure to return calls and communicate. Don't get taken.
Is funny how one of the drive through to this bank serves as parking spaces for Bank employees!! Good job 53rd never disappoints!!
