I'm not sure what they do here but every time I see a CSR they can't help. I went for an address change and to increase my withdrawal limit at the ATM and they couldn't do either. Today after calling several times for an issue and waiting over 15 minutes I was forwarded to a voice mail that no one would answer. So I went directly to the bank. My mortgage is with 5/3. I have a decent credit score and wanted to take a HELOC against my current home so I may buy a smaller home before I sell my current home. 5/3 required EXTENSIVE documentation; they approved only 25% of the amount I was seeking! Their underwriting standards make no sense; they look only at monthly income, not assets. I urge you to look elsewhere for ANY home-related loans.
Please do not do business with this bank. If you write a contractor a check, they want you to open up an account to cash the check plus charge a 2% fee.
What a Horrible Inept Banking Establishment.!!! I have never experienced a Banking Establishment as this. The Tellers are more professional than the Upper Management Staff!! They do not even know what a call back is..because they don't do them..they are useless and have Terrible rates..Plus they have a horrible Customer Service Center in a foreign country..The worst Location is the one on EAST LAKE RD..in Palm Harbor..!! Run to one of the other BANKS ACROSS THE STREET !!!
Had a checking, savings and credit card. I contested two credit card charges suspected fraud and failure to provide service in Sept, 2022. Supplied info, visited branch manager to no avail, got delays, supplied same info again, wrote to corporate president and got more delays to include phone was out of order. It is now Apr and I've closed my accounts.
