BE AWARE..A SECURITY BREACH took place with my 5/3 ATM Card...A company sent me an email stating that they updated my ATM Card information (which was issued by 5/3 Bank by the way). This bank is terrible even though customer service in the branch is nice, the phone customer service is awful! I opened an account and they have additional verifications they started imposing on me to use my debit card and my online banking. They locked my account and asked to come in and show more proof of ID/SSN, electrical/gas bill etc. What a nightmare! I've never experienced this in all my life. Stay away from this company!
Not very understanding. We opened a checking to save for the kids college funds and receive the bonus as a jumpstart. At the time, they recommended opening a savings alongside it and mentioned nothing else at the time of opening. Depositing into savings account effectively forfeited the bonus. They reached out halfway through the time allotted date to inform me but we misunderstood the situation, due to some rough English here, as they have some heavy accents here. This bank is terrible, They don't answer the phone, they don't call back. You go in there and the person your asked to meet is not there. We were just trying to finance a car with them. We do our normal banking with them and That is changing soon after this.
