Cruz was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He assisted me, my wife, and my mother with opening our accounts and made everything easy to understand. He was always patient, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions. We truly appreciated his excellent customer service and professionalism. BE AWARE..A SECURITY BREACH took place with my 5/3 ATM Card...A company sent me an email stating that they updated my ATM Card information (which was newly issued to me 2 weeks prior by 5/3 Bank by the way). I never gave this company permission to update my ATM Card information but they did because my card information was given to them by 5/3 Bank without my knowledge..
