The worst banking experience ever , online banking always freeze and show errors on almost every click , app doesn't support even documents or statements, and when I called the branch they wanted me to go there personally to verify my acct , so I go there and verified my acct with proof of ID , at the end they gave me customer service number to call and get help from !!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with manager EPPS. He was EXTREMELY CONDESCENDING and ignorant on POA documentation/procedure. He failed to understand that POA of property includes bank accounts even though the paperwork explained it right there. His ego was so great that he spoke over me every chance he had and refused to consider the failed logic of his own words.
