Someone from this branch always calls me early in the morning. I work second and third shift. If there's nothing wrong, I don't need you to call and wake me up at 8:30 in the morning to "check in." I've never even been to this branch before. If there's nothing wrong don't call me.

Im disabled physically and everyone here went out of the way to help me open a new bank account. It was really nice and easy for me and I am a ruptured brain aneurism survivor and don't walk very well. But I am very grateful for the guy who helped me and especially dee for sitting down with me and explaining everything and making sure that I was good. Love this bank. The red haired big guy at the counter wasn't helpful, he was more interested in the conversation he was having with the teller next to him To provide proper service and gave me misleading information that contradicted the previous interaction I had cashing my check. It even shows up on my bank statement as a different type of deposit, so clearly the information he had given me was wrong and he need to be better trained or he still need to be shadowed by a more experienced teller because I asked him if that was correct becaus... read more
