Super friendly staff, very helpful explaining loan options etc.
Someone from this branch always calls me early in the morning. I work second and third shift. If there's nothing wrong, I don't need you to call and wake me up at 8:30 in the morning to "check in." I've never even been to this branch before. If there's nothing wrong don't call me.
Shawna helped me notarize some paperwork and she was great. Super nice, professional, and made the process really easy. I really appreciated her help!
Im disabled physically and everyone here went out of the way to help me open a new bank account. It was really nice and easy for me and I am a ruptured brain aneurism survivor and don't walk very well. But I am very grateful for the guy who helped me and especially dee for sitting down with me and explaining everything and making sure that I was good. Love this bank.
