Im disabled physically and everyone here went out of the way to help me open a new bank account. It was really nice and easy for me and I am a ruptured brain aneurism survivor and don't walk very well. The red haired big guy at the counter wasn't helpful, he was more interested in the conversation he was having with the teller next to him To provide proper service and gave me misleading information that contradicted the previous interaction I had cashing my check. It even shows up on my bank statement as a different type of deposit, so clearly the information he had given me was wrong and he need to be better trained or he still need to be shadowed by a more experienced teller because I asked him if that was correct becaus... read more
Great bank,outstanding service
Went to get a title notarized as an open title as I am the owner of the vechile, and was told it was against their policy to do open titles. Never had a problem before. Called the main 5/3 and they stated they suggested against it, but can do it if that's what the owner wants, and is not against policy. So to the rude woman who refused to notarize a title, and was rude to the cashier behind the desk for no reason stating I can't hear you over, and over no you just didnt want her talking to you.
