I am a long time regular customer of this bank. I've been more than satisfied with the tellers, personal bankers, leaders, etc. The online system is very convenient and reliable too.
Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct I recently experienced unacceptable service over a two-day period. I came in to cash a check and was repeatedly put off, waiting a full two days without the transaction being completed. The employee, Mr. Vinod, was not only unhelpful but displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Upon the final failure to cash the check (which still had 40 days until expiration), he insincerely and unprofessionally advised me, "I should have been smarter with it," while smirking. $600 atm limit at a bank is crazy low.
Horrible customer service at the teller line. Only teller manger he is nice..please avoid other staff at teller window…
