Completely rude. Called several times (3 times actually, 2 days in a row) in regards to my husbands account which he didn’t have access to (due to broken phone) bc I am noted on the account myself. Never called me back. When I finally called them back the following day I talked to Emily. She couldn’t have been more rude to me and my partner. Definitely would not go out of my way to go to this branch. What a shame.

I don't even know where to begin with this bank. For one they totally screwed up my PPP loan during the pandemic and I lost almost everything I had because of it. All because they fail to turn the paperwork in on time. And then not only at this Branch but multiple branches, the ATMs never work. They updated all of them and they still don't work. I work all day long and I don't have time to get to the bank during hours so I deposit cash through the ATMs to cover bills coming out automatically and either I'm not able to deposi... read more
