I came into the Dolton branch and the experience was very professional. My banker Johniqua Smith was knowledgeable about the process and educated me about all the products and services . The manager that on duty was very helpful with opening the bank account. The staff was very polite and friendly.
Very good and very reliable I would like to recommend Fifth Third Bank to anyone interested in dealing with a great and fantastic bank.
This was my best banking experience ever and I undoubtedly know that is due to the great customer service I received from "Ms.P.Mendez". Usually because the way I look im always looked at the total opposite of my real identity (Black Male) and "Ms.Mendez" made me feel comfortable almost like talking to a friend. I really appreciate her and if you want that similar experience I suggest you take the time to visit "Ms.Mendez". No need to visit any other 53rd branch.
This bank is so slow I been waiting to speak to someone for about 40mins this is crazy never coming to this bank again. If you need to talk to someone do not come to this bank location.
